Jack co-founded iAuto Group in 2023. Prior to iAuto Group, Jack was a Managing Director at Morgan Stanley leading its China Automotive Sector Team.  Prior to Morgan Stanley, Jack led China Automotive Teams at Credit Suisse and BNP Paribas.  He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and International Studies at Johns Hopkins University and a M.A. in International Economics and Finance from Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS).

Simon co-founded iAuto Group in 2023.  Prior to iAuto Group, Simon was a Vice President at T. Rowe Price, where he invested extensively in the Greater China region.  Prior to T. Rowe Price, Simon spent more than fifteen years working as equity research analyst, corporate finance manager, and auditor.  He earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from The University of Hong Kong.

Stephanie co-founded iAuto Group in 2023.  Prior to iAuto Group, Stephanie founded Itero Capital, where she invested in public and private consumer technology focused companies globally.  Prior to Itero, Stephanie was a senior analyst at Standard Pacific Capital and Vice President at BNP Paribas.  She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Carnegie Mellon University and a M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Bo joined iAuto Group in 2024.  Prior to iAuto Group, Bo was a portfolio manager at PAG-Polymer, where he invested in global industrials firms as well as Chinese consumer and financial companies.  Prior to PAG-Polymer, Bo spent two decade making equity investments for Zaaba Capital, Indus Capital, and Sansar Capital.  He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science and Economics from Brandeis University.

Leon joined iAuto Group in 2024.  Prior to iAuto Group, Leon was the Senior Legal Counsel at ZEEKR Intelligent technology Group, where he directed legal and compliance activities globally. Prior to ZEEKR, Leon spent over 15 years as a legal counsel to various international corporations and law firms.  He earned a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and East Asian Studies from Johns Hopkins University and a JD from the City University of Hong Kong.

Caspar has been an advisor since 2023.  Caspar is a Managing Director at Knauf, leading Knauf’s digital effort.  Prior to Knauf, Caspar was the Head of Product Management at Amazon and an M&A advisor at Altman Solon.  Caspar also served as an advisor to Airbnb and the European Commission.  He earned a Bachelor of Science in International Economics & Management from Università Bocconi, a M.A. in International Relations & Economics from Johns Hopkins University, and a Ph.D in Media Economics from Universität Weimar and Hamburg Media School.

Matt has been advisor since 2023.  Matt is the President of ndogenous, a strategy consulting firm.  Prior to ndogenous, Matt served as a consulting economic expert in corporate transaction and securities disputes and litigations.  He earned a B.A. in Mathematics and Economics, a M.A. in History from the Johns Hopkins University, an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, M.S. in Applied Mathematics from Columbia University, and Ph.D in Economics from Durham University Business School.

Angela has been an independent board member since 2024. Angela was a Managing Director at Morgan Stanley. Angela served in various capacities throughout her career at Morgan Stanley, including head of Greater China research, head of Taiwan research, and consumer analyst.  She earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania and M.B.A. from MIT Sloan School of Management.

Valerie has been an independent board member since 2024.  Valerie is the founder of Upward Wealth, a fintech platform.  She also serves on the corporate boards of Envestnet, DraftKings, Groupon, and Eaton Vance’s family of mutual funds. Valerie retired as a Partner and Portfolio Manager at Wellington Management Company, where she invested in public company and structure credit.  She earned a Bachelor of Arts from Duke University and M.B.A. from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.
